Volunteers Needed

Lend a hand, save some animals...

Volunteer on the Farm

Erin Regan Animal Sanctuary and Rescue of Picayune, Mississippi needs volunteers willing to donate their time for various jobs around the farm. You can choose to offer your services in your desired area of expertise, whether that be walking dogs, cleaning barn stalls and coops, brushing and bathing the horses, or taking professional pictures for our social media and other publications. If you are handy with tools, we have fences to be fixed, boards to be replaced, pens that need repairs, and a whole list of other jobs.

Whether tending to the animals or doing maintenance around the farm, a few hours of your time will help ensure the health and safety of animals in need and allow us to continue our mission.

Erin Regan Animal Sanctuary and Rescue is home to over 80 animals including chickens, ducks, horses, donkeys, mules, pigs, cows, dogs, and cats. Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while on the farm.

Volunteers interested in handling animals should be prepared to commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per month and must complete all required training prior to animal handling.
